Tea at Hotel Kuenphen Norbuding Restaurant

On our way to Gangtey Monastery, we stopped off at a popular resting stop – Hotel Kuenphen Norbuding Restaurant. With all the other tour groups visiting here, it appears to be the perfect spot to “stretch your legs and have a cup of tea/cup”.

While admiring the beautiful views from their overlook area, we enjoyed a nice cup of hot tea. I also took a few photos of rice and chilies (red peppers) drying in the sun (rooftops and bamboo mats) – a common sight around Bhutan.
