Breakfast at Amaya Food Gallery Amari Watergate Bangkok
As we entered the Amaya Food Gallery, we were struck by the vastness of the space and the variety of dining options available. The restaurant had an open kitchen concept, with different sections dedicated to various cuisines such as Thai, Indian, Chinese, and Japanese. We were greeted warmly by the staff and led to a comfortable table in the main dining area.

The breakfast spread was extensive, with a wide variety of hot and cold dishes, fresh fruits, pastries, and beverages. We started with some fresh fruits and pastries before moving on to the hot dishes. We tried traditional Thai dishes like Khao Tom Moo (rice soup with pork) and Pad Thai (stir-fried noodles with shrimp and tofu) and were impressed with their authentic flavors. We also enjoyed the Indian section with Naan bread, curry dishes, and masala tea. We were delighted to find a dedicated section for health-conscious guests, offering fresh juices and smoothies made from locally sourced ingredients.

The service at the Amaya Food Gallery was impeccable. The staff was attentive and helpful, clearing our plates promptly and ensuring that we had everything we needed. The restaurant was spacious and bright, with large windows overlooking the city and creating a lively and bustling atmosphere.

Overall, our experience at the Amaya Food Gallery was fantastic. The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious, with a variety of options to suit all tastes. The restaurant’s open kitchen concept and diverse dining options added to the overall experience, and the service was top-notch. If you’re staying at the Amari Watergate Bangkok, we highly recommend enjoying breakfast at the Amaya Food Gallery. It’s the perfect way to start your day in Bangkok!
