Our resort has 168 rooms in total which properly comprises luxurious and comfortable five-room types: Deluxe Rooms, Tropical Deluxe Rooms, Family Rooms, Plunge Pool Villas, and Pool Villa Suites.

Our restaurant, ‘Chom Dao Beach’ has been designed to serves international and Thai fusion food in al fresco with ocean view at day time and star view at night time, while our beach bar sets the mood for seaside and wave sound pleasure all day long.

Our Room

We had a room on the top floor (Tropical Deluxe Room) that had a wonderful view of the pool and garden area. Our room came with a king-size canopy bed, wall-mounted TV, large desk, wardrobe area with a safe, and spacious bathroom (with separate shower & toilet). We also had a large balcony overlooking the resort’s lush tropical gardens and pool.

Bandara Resort’s Dining Options

Along Bandara Resort’s beachfront are two great dining options – Beach Bar Lounge and Chom Dao Beach Restaurant. They also offer a special Seafood Buffet dinner on certain evenings of the week (on the beach, out front of Chom Dao Beach Restaurant).

We thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon “Happy Hours” at Bandara Resort’s Beach Bar Lounge. They had some great deals on mixed drinks, beer, and various bar food options.

Breakfast at Chom Dao Beach Restaurant

We also enjoyed the fantastic Thai and international breakfast buffet provided at Chom Dao Beach Restaurant. The food selection was impressive – Thai, Western/European & vegetarian food options, cereals, pastries & bread (variety of spreads, butter, jams & jellies), and fresh tropical fruits, yogurt & smoothies. There’s something for everyone at this buffet, and it’s a great way to start your day on Koh Samui.
