Our Tour Driver – Thol
For the two days that we toured the Angkor Archaeological Park complex, we used a driver through our hotel (Chronicle Angkor Hotel). We really enjoyed his company and his knowledge of the Angkor complex. He’s a tour driver through the hotel (Chronicle Angkor Hotel)

Angkor Archaeological Park Visitor Center
Angkor Archaeological Park Visitor Center is the official main entrance to this world-famous UNESCO World Heritage Site. Located in Siem Reap, Cambodia, it serves as the gateway to Angkor’s beautiful ancient temples and ruins. The visitor center was established in order to provide information and services for all visitors of the park.

At Angkor Archaeological Park Visitor Center, visitors can buy tickets for their visit and obtain detailed information about the site and its attractions. Tour guides are also available at the center to help guests plan their trip through the park. There are several ticket options available based on the length of visit and access to different temples within the park, making it easy for all types of travelers to enjoy a personalized experience exploring Angkor’s incredible archaeological wonders.
Day One | Angkor Wat “Long Leg” Grand Tour Circuit
After arriving to the Angkor Archaeological Park Visitor Center, our guide helped us purchase our tickets. Tickets can be purchased in the following combinations:
- One-Day Pass – $37
- Three-Day Pass – $62
- Seven-Day Pass – $72
- Park Hours Range from 5am – 6pm
We purchased the Three-Day Pass. For our first day, our guide planned to give us what he called the Angkor Wat “Long Leg” Grand Tour Circuit. This covered a large portion of the park and included the following sites:
- Angkor Thom North Gate
- Preah Khan
- Neak Pean
- Ta Som
- East Mebon
- Pre Rup
- Banteay Kdei
