The Tashichho Dzong Viewpoint is considered to be one of the best places in Thimphu to capture a panoramic view of the beautiful Tashichho Dzong (Bhutan Government’s Parliament) and Thimphu valley.

Even though it’s not designated as an official “viewpoint” our Embrace Bhutan Travel driver stopped off so that we could take some amazing photos!
Located where Gaden Lam and Chhophel Lam meet, I’ve included a map at the bottom of this post that shows exactly where this viewpoint is located.
