Queen Restaurant Nyaung-U
After a full morning of touring and sightseeing, it was time for lunch. Our tour guide suggested, “Queen Restaurant” which was a good choice. They offered quite a variety that ranged from Asian, Myanmar (Burmese), and Western dishes.
After looking over the menu, we settled on Myanmar (Burmese) Samplers (Chicken Curry & Pork in Black Bean Sauce).
It was neat how they prepared their Myanmar Sampler – it came out in large round lacquerware (Bagan is famous for their handmade lacquerware) with separate compartments for the main entrée, rice, salad, and other various sides.
