Our Condo at Magnolias Waterfront Residences Iconsiam Bangkok
Magnolias Waterfront Residences is a luxury condominium complex located in the Iconsiam area of Bangkok, Thailand. Developed by Magnolia Quality Development Corporation (MQDC), the complex comprises two towers – the South Tower and the North Tower – with a total of 379 residential units.
The South Tower, which is the taller of the two, has 70 floors and offers panoramic views of the Chao Phraya River and the Bangkok skyline. The North Tower has 52 floors and offers views of the river and the city.

Our condo is located in the South Tower, which is currently the tallest building in Thailand. It is a one-bedroom, one-bath (63 sq. m / 278 sq. ft.) on the 37th floor and offers amazing views of the Chao Phraya River and the Bangkok skyline.
