Lunch | Huaqing Aegean International Hot Springs Resort
After a wonderful visit to the Terracotta Warriors, it was time for lunch. Our guide and driver took us to visit the traditional Chinese restaurant in the nearby Huaqing Aegean International Hot Springs Resort. This resort has an impressive entrance and a grand lobby.
The centerpiece of the room was a bright red grand piano inside a large artistic sphere hanging from the ceiling. It was a combination of being very unusual and impressive at the same time.
Our set lunch consisted of stir-fried pork & mushrooms, stir-fried bok choy & pork belly, stir-fried vegetables (cauliflower, peppers * pork), Chinese soup, and white rice. All was fresh and delicious.
