Karen Long Neck Village Chiang Rai
Karen Long Neck Village Chiang Rai is a small village located in the hills of northern Thailand. The village is home to the Karen people, who are known for their unique custom of elongating their necks with brass coils.

The coils are placed on the women when they are young, and they are required to wear them for the rest of their lives. The Karen people believe that long necks represent beauty and that it makes them more attractive to potential mates.

Visitors to the village can see the women working on handmade crafts and hand-woven scarves. There are also several shops selling souvenirs. The village is a great place to learn about the culture and traditions of the Karen people.
